Mar Roxas has the following qualities of a true leader

1) He is aware of his strengths and weaknesses
2) He knows that his passion is really serve to the Filipino people, he is a hands-on leader, he was there leading the LGUs during Yolanda, Earthquake in Visayas, and Zamboanga Seige. He serve and yet others are too harsh to see such hard work.
3) He knows his purpose in life. His purpose is to lead this country from third world to first world. He is well versed not only in terms of economic development but also in other aspects of governance.
4) He is a person who works for excellence. He talks about reality and truth. His words were supported with facts and not just mere words alone.
6) His vision for his countrymen is clear, specific, realistic and achievable.
7) We need  a president who is resilient, who can still think, act and decide wisely in times of difficulties and challenges.
8) We need a leader who does not rely solely on advisers but one who continuously improve himself while transforming his people. We do not only need a catalyst of change but a synergist who would think of his country first over his personal interest.
9) The people should be reminded that Mar Roxas declined his presidential candidacy in 2010 because he sees someone better than him and that was President Benigno Aquino, a man who never failed the Filipino people. Roxas is a man of humility, a man who truly love this country.
10) Mar Roxas continue to support the Aquino administration with seriousness, with focus, and with great achievements as DILG secretary. 
11) Let us fight for the truth, Let us vote for a person whose INTEGRITY is pure and clean.
12) This coming May 9, 2016 elections, let us cast our VOTE for a person who has the best armor in terms of values, intellect, spiritual aspect, emotional maturity, physical health and professional advancement among others.
13) Open your minds and think because a real leader is someone who has been tested overtime and whose integrity remained consistent and untarnished.
